INTO THE VESSEL ~
An immersive afternoon steeped in ritual, to sink into your vessel of creation.
This is an exclusive event for Women who have learned the art of Vedic meditation.
DATE: Sunday 16 October
TIME: From 2pm - 7pm
LOCATION: Hake House Of Art, 1/1275 Harbord Rd, Dee Why, NSW.
INTO THE VESSEL is a sacred unearthing of two ancient traditions, woven together in ceremony and practice, to ignite the senses and invite you to bathe in your inner vessel of creation.
This unique experience calls upon the ancient lineages of Chinese Tea Ceremonial Practices and Vedic Meditation, where you will be guided through a transcendental immersion of sacred tea blessing and ceremony, followed by a two hour Vedic Rounding practice and conclude with a grounding and nourishing Ayurvedic meal served by Ora Manly.
We will be communing at Hake House of Art, where you will be held by the energy of innovation in a space where art comes to life.
This experience will invite you to infuse your soul with a rich awakening that will leave you transformed and renewed. As Women hold all of creation within their bodies, our intention is to invite you to steep in your vessel within, and bring forth the life of creations that desire to be alchemised into material form.
What to expect
A 5hr immersive, sensorial and transcendental experience of ritual, connection and nourishment invoking a re-emergence of your feminine essence of creation.
We will open at 2pm with a sacred tea blessing, followed by a 45min Tea Ceremony held by Cassie Polgar.
Following a decent back to the present moment and reconnection with each other, we will move into a two hour Vedic rounding immersion, supported by sound and scent, held by Rachael Sardelich.
Vedic Rounding is a sacred ancient practice that combines asana (gentle yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercise), Vedic meditation and rest. The sequence is specifically designed to dissolve accumulated stress, while expanding the mind and consciousness.
To close, we will commune together to digest and integrate our experience whilst sharing a lovingly prepared, organic Ayurvedic meal from Ora Manly.
What will it be like?
Sacred, deep, invocative, one of a kind and powerfully healing.
No previous yoga or tea ceremony experience is necessary, however prior learning of Vedic Meditation or Transcendental meditation is essential.
* If you have not yet learned Vedic meditation and feel the desire to attend, please connect with us directly as you will have the opportunity to learn Vedic meditation prior to the event.
